Self-love is the foundation of healing, serving as a cornerstone for self expression... building self-woth and overall well-being. It's the compass that guides us through the journey of healing from various life challenges, including mental health issues like depression and anxiety. But its also the expression of our potential to transform as individuals, collective and deeper world connected to all that is. By practicing self-love we activate our self-healing mechanism and treat ourselves and others with kindness and compassion.
